Anyone can put five stars and a stock photo on their own website. This page offers you things you can actually check instead — and real client reviews as they come in.
Reviews on a company’s own site are the weakest evidence there is, because the company writes the page. These are things we cannot fake.
Ask, and if they agree we will put you in touch with somebody who has had work done in your area — a PhD scholar, an M.Tech student or a department that commissioned hardware. You ask them whatever you want; we are not on the call.
We will show a redacted sample of something similar to your job: a formatted manuscript, a similarity report before and after, a test report, or photographs of a finished build. Client details removed, the work itself intact.
The strongest test. Send one chapter, one figure set, one flagged section or one subsystem. Pay for that, judge the result, and only then decide about the rest. Most people who use us regularly started this way.
These go into the scope document before any money changes hands. If we break one, you have it in writing.
A written scope, a delivery date and a number. No hourly meters, no scope creep billed later.
On larger jobs you pay for a stage after you have seen it. Not the whole amount upfront.
Word or LaTeX, runnable code, board files, CAD. Never a locked PDF that forces you back to us for the next revision.
Your data, drafts and designs are not shown to anyone else and not recycled into another client’s project. NDA on request, before you describe anything.
If the data is too thin, the deadline impossible, or the request crosses an ethical line, you hear it at the enquiry stage — not after you have paid.
Every enquiry gets a real answer from a person, even if the answer is that we are not the right fit for it.
We only publish what clients send us, so this page grows slowly. If we did a good job — or a bad one — we would like to hear it.
Fastest option. A few honest lines about what you needed, what you got, and whether it was worth it.
Include your name, your role and the service you used. Tell us if you want initials only, or no name at all.
Plenty of scholars would rather not appear on a research-support page. “PhD scholar, EEE” with no name is perfectly fine, and we will never add a name you did not agree to.
Send one small piece of work and judge the result. It costs less than a bad decision and tells you more than any review.
