Journal publication support

Your results deserve a manuscript that survives peer review.

SCI, SCIE and Scopus-indexed journal papers — written, restructured, formatted and revised with you. You keep authorship and full academic responsibility; we remove the friction around the work.

Your unpublished manuscript is safe here. It is used only for your paper — never shared, never resold, never reused for anyone else, and never uploaded to public AI tools. We sign an NDA before you send it if you prefer, and you can start with just the abstract. How we handle your files

Where people usually are

Tell us which of these is you.

Each one is a different job with a different price. Naming yours in the first message gets you an accurate quote instead of a range.

“I have results but no paper”

Simulations run, experiments done, plots sitting in a folder — and no manuscript. We work out what the contribution actually is, choose the structure that carries it, and write the paper around your data.

“I have a draft that reads badly”

The science is there but the English, the flow or the argument is not. Technical editing and restructuring — without changing what you actually found.

“It was desk-rejected”

Usually scope-fit, formatting, English or a missing contribution statement. We diagnose which, fix it, and help you pick a venue that actually matches the work.

“Major revision — I am lost”

A point-by-point response that answers the substance rather than dodging it, plus a tracked-change manuscript that matches the reply line for line.

“Similarity or AI flag is too high”

The report came back red before submission. We rewrite the flagged passages properly, repair citations that should have been there, and re-check. See similarity & AI-text.

“Which journal should I even target?”

An honest read on fit, scope, indexing and turnaround — including when the answer is that the paper is not ready for the journal you had in mind.

What is included

Everything between your results and the submission button.

Manuscript development

  • Contribution and novelty statement written so a reviewer can find it in the first page
  • Literature positioning: what exists, what is missing, why this paper closes it
  • Section architecture — methodology, results, discussion, conclusion
  • Technical English editing that keeps your meaning intact
  • Abstract, keywords, highlights and graphical abstract

Results, figures & tables

  • Plots redrawn to journal standards — readable fonts, correct units, real legends
  • Comparison tables against the baselines reviewers will expect
  • Statistical treatment appropriate to the study, not just what is common
  • Every number traceable back to a source file you can open
  • Vector figure export at the resolution the publisher requires

Formatting & submission files

  • Elsevier, Springer, IEEE, Wiley, MDPI, Taylor & Francis and IET templates
  • LaTeX or Word — whichever the journal wants, compiling cleanly
  • Reference style conversion and BibTeX / EndNote cleanup
  • Cover letter, author contribution statement, declaration forms
  • Final pre-submission checklist against the guide for authors

After submission

  • Point-by-point response to reviewers, written to persuade rather than argue
  • Tracked-change manuscript aligned with each response
  • Additional experiments or simulations reviewers ask for
  • Second-round and minor-revision support
  • Proof-stage corrections
Said plainly

What we will not do, whatever the deadline.

Better to read this now than to be disappointed later. If a service you have seen elsewhere is missing from this site, this is usually why.

No guaranteed acceptance

Nobody can promise a reviewer outcome. Anyone who does is either lying or paying somebody. We improve the manuscript; the journal decides.

No invented data

We will not generate results that were never measured or simulated. If the data is thin, we will tell you what is missing rather than fill the gap.

No paid-authorship deals

We do not sell author slots, buy them, or place papers in journals that sell acceptance. We will also warn you if the venue you are considering looks predatory.

A useful habit: send the raw result files along with the draft. Every number in the final manuscript should be traceable to something you can open and defend in front of a reviewer.
Next step

Send the draft — or just the results.

Even a folder of plots and a rough abstract is enough for us to scope the work. You get a written plan, a delivery date and a fixed price, usually within one working day. Nothing you send is shared with anyone.
