A fixed price before any work starts.
We publish the rates we can honestly fix in advance and quote the rest per scope — because a two-page revision and a full journal manuscript are not the same job. Asking costs nothing, and there is no obligation after you see the number.

How quoting and payment work

A quote within a working day
Send the brief; you get a written scope, a delivery date and a fixed number — usually the same or next working day.
Free to ask
Scoping, the first conversation and the quote itself cost nothing. You are under no obligation once you have the number.
Milestone payments
Larger jobs are split across milestones. You pay for a stage after you have seen it, not all of it upfront.
Revisions included
Reasonable revisions inside the agreed scope are included. A change of topic or target journal is a new scope, and we will say so before starting.
Components billed at cost
For hardware, parts and fabrication are passed through at invoice price. Our fee covers engineering time only.
No outcome-based pricing
We do not price on acceptance, grades or reviewer decisions, because we do not control them — and pricing that way would create the wrong incentive.
